Abstract

The aim of t his study is to present the c onceptual dimensions of experiential marketing and to illustrate these conceptual dimensions with the i#xE7;meler facility.It is important for both customers and the i#xE7;meler facility to get good service from the facility, to spend and to enjoy time in the desired quality then leave the enterprise satisfied. This study was conducted in order to determine the experiences of the customers and their effects on customer satisfaction. 320 people were reached within the scope of the study. In the questions asked by the questionnaires, 50.3% of the participants were female, 49.6% were male, and the most preferred age range which has visited the facility was 22-27 with % 22.1.
